First off let me start by saying I've been going to gyms for 35 years. I have belonged to many over those years. I actually bought the S1 Pro for my wife. I started to use it and it is fantastic. It does close to everything I need it to do. Legs not so much. I mean you can work them but for me I still have to go to my gym to do legs. But you can pretty much work everything else on this machine. It's extremely smooth, extremely well built. I was very surprised when I opened up the box and saw how well it was constructed. I don't use the AI. My wife likes it but it is pretty simple to use. Takes maybe 15-20 minutes to figure out how to set it up. The screen is big. Works well. No lag. I did have a small problem. They didn't have the bench I ordered. Reached out. Told them just credit me and I'll buy a bench on Amazon. I had the credit that day. No issues, no problems. They credited me and said they were sorry they were not in stock. Delivery very quick but they don't go into your house unless you pay extra. All in all, so far no issues. I'm really enjoying the equipment and the customer service has been great.

I have been using the S1 pro for a little while now, and it has quickly become a central part of my fitness routine. One of the main reasons I chose it over other options on the market is the complete lack of a monthly subscription fee. Having full access to all the classes and features without being locked into a recurring membership is a huge plus.

Out of the box, setup was simple because the unit comes pre-assembled. Just be prepared when it arrives. It is very heavy and tough to maneuver if you can't tip it over to roll on the wheels. On the bright side, that heft gives it a solid build quality that easily withstands heavy pulling and resistance. The folding frame also keeps the footprint compact when not in use.

Versatility during training is where the equipment really shines. The adjustable arms give a wide range of motion, allowing you to hit almost any exercise angle. The included accessories work nicely, and the universal buckle system makes it easy to hook up standard third-party bars and grips you might already own.

The smart form tracking is a really cool concept, though the software still has room to improve. While the system can occasionally have a bit of trouble keeping up with certain movements, it accurately caught that I tend to favor one side during lifts. Being able to see real-time force balance between the left and right sides on the large touchscreen makes it much easier to correct uneven habits.

There is a small initial learning curve, and a few guided workouts move a bit fast, leaving little time to adjust arm positions between sets. Thankfully I can just touch the screen to pause and go back a few seconds to compensate for this. Even with those minor software quirks, the hardware is remarkably well-built, reliable, and provides fantastic everyday value without ongoing costs.

I am loving my AEKE S1 Pro after switching from my Gym Monster 2. The build quality and design are superior in my opinion and the machine looks and feels more solid. The smart weight/progressive weight is helping me make some serious progress in the few months I have owned this machine where I feel I had stalled on the GM2. The connections to smart handles and accessories work flawlessly and never lose signal. I was a bit nervous about making the switch since it is newer to the market, but overall I am having a much better experience on the S1 Pro and am so glad I did.

I'm loving the S1 Pro! 💜 I've had it nearly a month and spent these first 3-4 weeks going through one of the pre-designed programs offered after the assessment so I could get used to how everything works. I've started playing with custom programs now as well, and while I'm anxiously awaiting the addition of new exercises on the way, I've started to create some custom workouts as well, more in line with those prescribed by my trainer. AEKE Support has been wonderful and responsive, quickly adding to and expanding the exercise library and other features of the S1 Pro to make an already great machine even better. I'm looking forward to many more great workouts. 👍🏼

I absolutely love my new S1 Pro! It's basically a Tonal that doesn't need bolted to your wall or a monthly subscription. Being able to do real lat pulldowns is a game-changer. The AI is so close to great, but not quite. You can do any custom moves you want but you can't create one to add to your custom workout. For example, there's no smart handle or crossbar bicep curls! What? Either add basic exercises or allow me to do it myself. All-in-all this thing is amazing and I only see it getting better with future software updates. Whole-heartedly recommend it.

I've been using the S1 Pro for almost a month now and so far I'm loving it. The cable system feels very smooth, and I appreciate having adjustable arms to cover most of the exercises I can do at the gym.

There have been a few hiccups and shortcomings such as the AI usefulness and the strength assessment being off. However, the Aeke support team has been great to work with and after I identified the strength assessment not working well they worked with me to resolve it remotely in a timely manner. I have confidence the system will continue to improve and add more value over time.

I really like the constant tension, I would like to see the heart rate on the monitor all the time because some of the exercises are with my back to the screen

I had a lot of dumbbells before but hated using them because they were hard to hold onto. Aeke has changed that i actually enjoy working out now. It's simple to use and easy to adjust while working out it doesn't take long to change thing between movements. I am really enjoying it so far.

I love my new S1P. Setup was a snap, and now I’m using it 4-6 times per week. I’m still waiting for my attachments that were supposed to come with the machine tho.

The Aeke S1 Pro is a thought out all in one smart gym. I purchased recently through kickstarter and have worked out 5 times a week since I received it on August 17.

The obvious factor that I was drawn to were the arms. I am 48 years old and have worked out regularly since my 20s. I have been to different gyms and owned my own equipment. Traditionally you are haveing to hold your posture or try to position to align with cables or free weights to work specific muscles instead of pulling in large groups. The Aeke S1 Pros arms allow for so many positions that you can really get into alignment and work that specific area. This leads to needing less weight and placing less stress on your body while targeting the correct muscle. The arms are high enough that you can get full range on lat pull pulldowns where most cable machines and even some racks limit you. The weight limit initially worried me but in reality it’s pretty solid limit. Other than squats or deadlifts I don’t see me needing more due to being able to target muscles and /or sides specifically.

The machine is responsive. The cables are smooth. They are plenty long for every movement. I traditionally do custom workouts but am really enjoying how the machine incorporates a lot of core into workouts. The AI coaching and programs has been a bit hit with my wife. She has traditionally hated working out and especially hated it when I told her that her form was off or her weight was too low. On the Aeke S1 pro, she turns it on, picks her workout and starts. It tells her the weight and increases it if it’s too easy. Tells her if her form is off and she try’s to get it right. She is now working out three times a week. Says the instructor is her workout partner. That in itself is amazing.

The machine comes with everything you need to get started and has plenty of workouts preprogrammed. The assessment is thorough and will point out any flaws you have whether you like it or not. It makes it a joy to work out and you will find yourself wandering over to it to try a different workout. I traditionally lifted free weights with rigid form and strength. I find myself doing more core and mobility exercises and actually doing stretches, warmups, and cooldowns.

I am very happy with the machine. It’s the real deal. The thick aluminum of the uprights and the arms are substantial. I was originally skeptical when I bought it off kickstarter but am happy to say it’s all it says it is and I’m sure with updates to the library and workouts it will get even better.

As someone who likes to workout but hates taking the time to drive to a crowded and wait for equipment this is the perfect solution. It’s compact, well built, and offers more than most gym users need. Product support is great, they are constantly working on updates and software enabled features. I love that you buy it once and their are no subscriptions.

I absolutely love this machine. It has worked for me in a way that no other piece of home exercise equipment ever has. In the past, I’ve struggled to stay consistent with home workouts, but this machine keeps me engaged, motivated, and on track.

The AI is a big part of what makes it so effective. I don’t have to figure out which exercises to do, how much weight to use, or how to structure my workouts; it guides me through everything and adjusts as I progress. That takes away the uncertainty and makes it much easier to simply show up and do the work. Accessories switch out with ease. And the motion is clean and smooth.

Wow wow wow! The machine is incredible. Truly get a comprehensive workout all in one machine. Very user friendly and guides you on how to setup each workout. Little overwhelming initially with the amount of workouts and options to choose from (not a bad thing to complain about). I've had the machine for about a month and have only scratched the surface with its capabilities.

My family and I are really enjoying the S1 Pro. The quality of everything is so impressive, and it's easy to use. There are quite a few workout options fitting the needs of everyone who's using it. I am hoping that over time there will be better explanations of the exercises, but overall, we are super happy with it!

I’m really enjoying the AEKE All-in-One Strength System S1 Pro so far. There was a minor communication issue regarding the delivery, but everything was resolved in the end and the equipment arrived successfully.
