The S1 Pro combines multiple types of fitness equipment into one compact unit with an adjustable arm structure, supporting multi-angle and full-body workouts. Its reinforced steel frame provides excellent stability, while its AI-powered system offers body assessment, personalized workout plans, motion recognition, and training data tracking—all without a personal trainer subscription.
What exercises can I do with the S1 Pro?
The S1 Pro supports full-body strength and functional training with a 3D-adjustable arm system, covering 23+ types of traditional gym equipment. You can train your chest, back, legs, glutes, shoulders, arms, and core with exercises such as bench presses, lat pulldowns, rows, squats, Romanian deadlifts, shoulder presses, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, cable crunches, and woodchoppers.
Can I customize exercises and edit Supersets on the S1 Pro?
Yes. You can customize exercises and Supersets, including exercises, sets, reps, rest time, and workout modes, to create a workout that fits your training needs.
Is the S1 Pro suitable for different heights and body weights?
The S1 Pro is designed to provide an optimal training experience for users between 150–200 cm (4'11"–6'7") in height and 40–150 kg (88–330 lbs) in weight.
Users outside these ranges can also use the S1 Pro. Depending on individual body proportions, certain exercises may feel slightly different, but this does not prevent normal use or training with the S1 Pro.
Does the S1 Pro require installation?
No. The S1 Pro is fully integrated and requires no installation. Simply unbox, power it on, and start training.
Can I use AEKE S1 Pro offline？
When offline, AI functions and guided courses won’t be accessible. You can still use free workout mode to adjust resistance and do independent strength training. We plan to expand offline training capabilities in subsequent updates.
What are the S1 Pro’s 30-day trial and 2-year warranty policies?
The S1 Pro includes a 30-day return period and a 2-year warranty.
• 30-Day Trial: You can return the product within 30 days. If the return is due to a product issue, we cover the return shipping cost. For personal reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You can also purchase shipping production on our website to cover return shipping costs.
• 2-Year Warranty: The main unit is covered for 2 years, and we cover shipping costs for warranty-related product issues during this period. Accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty.

This machine is so well built and looks great. The arms are solid and the experience has been very good so far. The AI correction doesn't work on everything (yet) but I know they are working on it, plus adding a ton more exercises to the roster of options. Aeke is very committed to their machine and making sure everything works and that stuff gets added or fixed on a consistent basis. Doing an AI generated workout is pretty seamless and is a really cool feature, especially if you're a newbie just starting your journey- especially because it's completely free!! No subscription! Being able to add weight 1lb at a time is amazing and the absolute best feature of having magnetic resistance; it makes you feel as if you are always progressing. Plus when you do the assessments at the beginning, it will track your progress and your new PR for your workouts. It's very encouraging. You can also build a workout in the app and choose your own exercises. It's very easy and when you press to "start workout" it sends it to the machine seamlessly. I was able to add some magnets to the exterior bar in order to hold some of my accessories like the smart handles and ankle wraps. It takes up so little space when not in use - this is sitting in my office! I am enjoying my use of the machine so far and it's well worth the money.

The Aeke S1 Pro is an absolute game changer for anyone looking to upgrade their home fitness routine. The variety of workouts is light right now but they are adding more with monthly updates. It is a great balance of technology with convenience.

I’m really enjoying the AEKE All-in-One Strength System S1 Pro so far. There was a minor communication issue regarding the delivery, but everything was resolved in the end and the equipment arrived successfully. I’ve been using it already and I’m very happy with it — it feels well made, practical, and has been a great addition to my workouts.
