A: Storing the K1 in an environment that occasionally reaches around 105°F (40°C) is generally safe and will not affect the machine’s performance. However, we recommend keeping the product out of direct sunlight, as long-term UV exposure may accelerate wear on certain rubber components. If the K1 will be unused for an extended period, covering it with its original packaging or a protective cover is helpful to prevent dust or insects from entering the machine.

To perform the exercise correctly, you will need to use a fitness bench. Here are the specific steps:

1.Ensure the pedal is firmly in place to provide stable support.

2.Lie flat on the fitness bench, keeping your body steady.

3. Pull the handles toward both sides of your body.This movement can simulate the motion pattern of a lat pulldown, allowing the shoulder joint to perform adduction close to the coronal plane.

The equipment comes with a professional barbell for lower body exercises like squats and deadlifts. We also provide an ankle strap for side leg kicks and other lower body movements.

There are currently two ways to perform rowing exercises with the AEKE K1:

1. rowing bent over in a standing position;
2. owing prone on a fitness bench with an adjustable backrest.

The AEKE K1 features a 43'' 4K ultra-high-definition display, which is significantly larger and clearer than most smart home gym screens. The size and resolution provide an exceptionally immersive training experience—movements are easier to follow, visual cues are sharper, and during classes it feels almost like a real coach is training beside you.

We do not recommend placing the K1 directly on carpeted surfaces, as the added friction may affect the pedals when they unfold or retract. If you must use the machine on a carpet, please manually assist the pedals during these movements to ensure smooth and safe operation. This helps prevent resistance caused by the carpet and ensures a better overall experience with the K1.

To move the K1, stand behind the machine and hold the frame firmly with both hands. Tilt the unit backward at approximately a 20–55° angle until the wheels make contact with the floor, then gently roll it to your desired location. This method ensures stable and safe movement of the device.

For optimal performance and to protect the longevity of your AEKE K1, we do not recommend using the cables while the machine is in its folded state. When the pedals are retracted, the foldable system limits the full extension of the cables, and using them in this position may cause unnecessary strain or potential damage to the mechanism.

No. The AEKE K1 does not require any monthly subscription, and all training content is permanently free. We are fully committed to keeping the K1 a subscription-free experience—not only now, but in the future as well. Even if we introduce special classes or invite guest trainers later on, those will also be provided at no additional cost. There are no hidden fees, no locked features, and no paid add-ons.

The K1 comes with a two-year warranty, and accessories have a one-year warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the date you receive and sign for the product.
