Shipping Notice
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to standard delivery within eligible service areas.
For large or heavy products, standard delivery refers to threshold (curbside) delivery only.
Standard delivery does not include indoor delivery.
Standard Delivery (Threshold / Curbside)
Orders will be delivered to the entrance of your shipping address (e.g., front door, porch, or building entrance).
This service does not include:
- Indoor delivery beyond the entrance
- Carrying items upstairs
- Backyard delivery
- Unpacking
- Removal of packaging materials
Room of Choice (ROC) Delivery (Optional Service)
We offer an optional paid Room of Choice (ROC) delivery service.
With ROC service, your order can be delivered to a specified room inside your home.
Depending on access conditions, additional arrangements (such as upstairs delivery) may apply if selected.
Shipping to P.O.Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
AEKE does not ship to P.O.Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Coverage of shipments
AEKE currently ship to North America and EU. Should there be any specific countries/regions un-deliverable by our shipping agents, we will contact buyer via Email and arrange refund.
Shipping charges and taxes
The unit price does not contain shipping fee; shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you place an order according to your detailed address.
Buyers shall pay for tax if any. AEKE is not reliable for delivery failure should buyers refuse to pay for tax.
Shipping Notice
Please contact our Support Team if you have any specific shipping requirements via support@aeke.com. Before making a payment, please verify your address. If you enter the incorrect address, please contact our Support Team ASAP. We will contact logistics to address this problem. We cannot guarantee that your order will be updated if you request a change of address after the package has been dispatched. You are also in charge of any risks and costs associated with changing the address after the order has been dispatched.
In order for us to effectively deliver your items, please make sure that the name, address, and contact details you provide when placing an order are accurate.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.
- Shipping address cannot be changed after shipment is made.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or carrier-related issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.
AEKE.com is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 7 days at support@AEKE.com with pictures or videos showing the damage to the package.
